Our Collaborator
Paulson Thomas
Born in Thrissur, Kerala, India, is a multi-talented individual with expertise in dance, acting, choreography, and directing. Despite facing initial opposition from his middle-class family, Paulson pursued his passion for dance, starting from the streets and later joining a dance team named Excellency in Bangalore. His breakthrough came when he unexpectedly auditioned for India's first major dance reality show, "Dance India Dance," and secured a spot. From there, he ventured into acting, appearing in films like "FALTU", "Any Body Can Dance," and "Just Married" where he also had the opportunity to work with legendary choreographer Prabhu Deva.
Paulson's journey expanded as he ventured into choreography, working on several films across different languages.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Paulson is committed to giving back to society. He has taught dance to underprivileged children who couldn't afford formal training and has also coached established actors in the Indian film industry.
In addition to his accomplishments in the entertainment industry, Paulson has displayed his leadership skills as the captain of Kerala's sub-junior soccer team. He has also contributed his talents to significant events such as choreographing the 2019 ICC World Cup Campaign. Currently, Paulson runs a dance institute in Mumbai, where he continues to inspire and mentor aspiring dancers.
